ElevenLabs Dubbing Alternative for Chinese-English Review Workflows

The current Automatic Dubbing app uses v2 Alpha and supports files up to 1GB and 180 minutes. Dubbing Studio is legacy v1, in maintenance mode, with limits of 1GB and 45 minutes. Dubbing is charged per source-media minute for each target language; the rate depends on the model, and the app shows the total before confirmation. A 180-minute app limit describes file duration, not credit balance or a fixed price. Because the quote depends on the selected model and target languages, review the app's total before confirming a job.

On aitrans.video, Studio provides transcript and translation review before voice generation; Express is fully automatic. Post-completion Edit availability depends on the task, plan, and enabled features; check your task for the Edit control:

1. 01Transcript review — speaker-labeled; fix misheard lines before translation.
2. 02Translation review in Studio — edit sentence by sentence before voice generation; terminology and names survive.
3. 03Per-speaker voice selection — choose from available target-language voices; cloning depends on the workflow and account eligibility.
4. 04Post-completion Edit — if the Edit control is enabled for your task, correct and regenerate a line after the dub is built, then export.

Studio is the reviewed workflow; Express is fully automatic. Check the current plans and mode details for the applicable workflow and export access.

ElevenLabs credits are shared across its products. Automatic Dubbing v2 Alpha in the app allows up to 180 minutes and 1GB per file; that duration limit does not predict the credit quote. • Deliverables match a Chinese creator's toolchain: depending on the selected mode and export entitlement, receive an MP4, bilingual SRT, clean dubbed audio, or a Jianying (CapCut China) / CapCut draft. Studio includes draft export in your chosen format; Express may offer an unlock. The CapCut draft was tested with Windows CapCut 9.4.0.4015; other versions and platforms are unverified. To be equally clear about what we don't claim: we don't claim better voices than ElevenLabs, and we don't offer 90 languages, an API ecosystem, or audio-to-audio emotion transfer. We claim a better workflow for one language pair and long-form content.

Choose ElevenLabs if: you dub into many languages, you're building on an API, the model-specific quote and available features fit your project, or maximum voice fidelity in one automatic pass is the priority.

Try aitrans.video if: your pair is Chinese⇄English, your videos run long, you want transcript and translation review before generation, or your deliverable needs to land back in an editing workflow (a Jianying or CapCut draft, clean audio, or bilingual SRT when included by the selected mode and entitlement) rather than arrive only as a finished file.
